About the Role
We’re hiring an RV Detailer to clean and detail RVs inside and out. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires someone who takes pride in quality work and understands professional detailing standards. You’ll be working around large vehicles, using detailing tools and cleaning chemicals, and ensuring every unit looks showroom-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Wash, rinse, dry, and detail RV exteriors (siding, roofs, wheels, tires, windows, awnings, etc.)
- Clean, sanitize, and detail RV interiors (floors, upholstery, bathrooms, kitchen areas, windows, dashboards, cabinets, etc.)
- Apply wax, polish, protectants, and other detailing products as needed
- Perform spot stain removal and odor elimination when required
- Inspect RVs before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and work areas
- Follow safety procedures for chemicals, ladders, and working around large vehicles
Required Qualifications

Previous professional detailing experience in RV, Marine, or Automotive detailing (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, bend for long periods
- Comfort working on and around large vehicles (including use of ladders or step platforms)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with buffing, polishing, oxidation removal, or paint correction
- Experience with specialty coatings (wax, sealants, ceramic products)
- Prior experience working in a dealership, service center, marina, or detail shop
Work Environment
This is an outdoor role performed around RVs in a lot/service environment. Work includes physical activity, exposure to sun, heat, cold, and use of cleaning chemicals and powered/hand tools.
