RV Dealership General Sales Manager (GSM) – Build It. Scale It. Own It.

Liberty Trail RV is not a typical dealership—we’re building a multi-location RV platform across Texas, and we’re looking for a General Sales Manager who wants to grow with it.

This is a leadership role for someone who doesn’t just manage deals—but drives revenue, builds teams, and scales operations.

If you’re currently in automotive, RV, or powersports and feel capped where you are, this is your opportunity to step into a high-upside environment.

What You’re Walking Into

  • Established dealership with active inventory flow

  • Strong inbound lead generation + marketing support

  • Multi-location growth strategy already in motion

  • Direct access to ownership and decision-making

What You’ll Own

  • Desk and close deals daily

  • Drive unit volume and front/back-end gross

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Build structure, accountability, and process

  • Push performance across every KPI that matters
This is not a sit-in-the-office GSM role. You’ll be on the floor, in the deals, and in the numbers every day.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in dealership sales leadership (Auto, RV, Marine, Powersports)

  • Strong desking and closing ability

  • Proven track record of increasing volume and gross

  • A leader who can recruit and build teams—not just manage them

  • High urgency, high accountability mindset

Compensation

  • Base + aggressive, performance-driven bonus structure

  • Realistic earning potential: $150K–$250K+ (uncapped)

  • Income scales directly with store performance
