We are looking for a high-performing RV Sales Professional to join our Denton (Valley View) team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive or RV sales and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive or RV sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial contact to delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain product knowledge on all current inventory
- Work collaboratively with F&I and management teams
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
