Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the President and Vice President. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational sophistication, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced executive environment.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex priorities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, ensuring strategic alignment of priorities
- Coordinate high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and executive engagements
- Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational conflicts
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure accountability and execution
- Oversee administrative workflows, documentation processes, and executive communications
- Support contract review, paperwork processing, and sensitive business matters
- Assist with special projects and executive-level initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting executives
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with precision and composure
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
