About the Role Liberty Trail RV is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented RV Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team at our Denton and Sulphur Springs locations. In this role you will be the last impression we make on our customers — walking them through their new RV, making sure they feel confident and excited, and ensuring every delivery goes smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough walkthroughs of RV units with customers — demonstrating all systems including plumbing, electrical, and propane
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure every RV is inspection-ready before delivery
- Schedule and confirm delivery appointments with customers and provide timely communication throughout
- Assist customers through the purchase process, answering questions and directing them to the right team members when needed
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and delivery notes
- Support delivery-related documentation including contracts and checklists
- Keep the delivery area clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Occasionally assist with parts sales or other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent — additional RV or technical training is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills — friendly, patient, and professional
- Customer service experience ideally in retail or technical demonstration roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
